I took this photo the day I arrived in Sarasota, FL, flying from Chicago, IL. I was extremely nervous considering I was going to this college that I had been planning on going to for almost 2 years, and this was finally it.

Now it's late November, and my semester ends in about 2 weeks. The president of the college said that time here flows by extremely fast, and despite how long it feels our projects take, he was right. I can't believe I'm halfway done with my first year.

The words I would use to describe my first semester of art school... Amazing, I suppose. I made some cool friends, met cool teachers, got into a pretty sweet relationship, and I live in this (kinda) beautiful city. But I am running out of money down here for good food lol

With my next semester approaching, I'll finally be entering the classes needed to help make this website look good. I'll be spicing up the placeholder images and making the site fit my design, while also spicing up my portfolio. I'm really looking forward to it. I'll update to give my eventual thoughts after my freshman year ends.
